Allow resources to circulate to any patron/department/location in the district

Select this checkbox to circulate resources, including textbooks, to patrons, departments and locations at other schools in your district.

To retrieve and view the records from the other schools in Circulation:

• Deselect the Only my patrons checkbox that appears on the To Patron tab.
• Select the school from the Site list that appears on the To Department tab.
• Deselect the Only my locations checkbox that appears on the To Location tab, or select the school from the Site list that appears on the Pick Location page.
